Returns

Shogun Bikes' web store accepts returns within 30 days for new, unused items with original packaging, excluding sale items. Refunds are issued to the original credit card upon receipt of the returned item with a copy of the invoice. No return authorization is needed. For exchanges, place a new order and follow return instructions. Defective or incorrect items should be reported before returning. Return shipping should be tracked and insured.
